Privacy policy

Effective 28 September 2026. This policy covers the Trade Pros website, the academy, Field OS, and the Google Play and Microsoft Store apps.

What we collect

Account: name, email, a password hash, and role. We store the hash, not the password.

Academy: the trade, the plan you confirm, hours, test answers and scores, certificates, homework, and professor notes. Grades are reported to Jgameslitstudio@gmail.com.

On the job: clock punches, on-job hours, assignments, and whether those assignments are complete.

Shop records you enter: customers, estimates, invoices, prices, inventory, memberships, dispatch, call notes or transcripts, and work-order signatures. Location is stored only if you allow it and send a pin. A microphone recording is stored only if the shop saves that call.

Payments: plan, amount, and receipt number. Card numbers are entered on Stripe, not on our server. Receipts are addressed to Landry's L.I.T. Electric LLC, landryselectrical337@gmail.com.

Device: a session that remembers the login in this browser. If the shop turns on a local unlock, we do not receive a fingerprint or a face template.

How it is used

To run the account, courses, tests, shop, receipts, and support. The assistant uses what you type, plus prices and notes the shop already saved. We do not sell personal information and we do not show third-party ads.

Who else sees it

The shop owner can see that shop’s crew, jobs, grades, and learner log. A student sees their own record.

Stripe processes invoices and receipts for Landry's L.I.T. Electric LLC. xAI processes a message only when you send it to the assistant. The host and the database hold the same records the app shows you.

A connector stays off until you turn it on. Google, payroll, and the other tools then use that company’s own sign-in. We do not copy a connector you left off.

How long we keep it

Records stay while the account is open. Email Jgameslitstudio@gmail.com to ask for deletion. We delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except a receipt, invoice, or tax record we must keep, or a file under a legal hold.

Your choices

You can refuse location and the microphone. The map and call recorder will not store those if you do. You can sign out, which ends the session in this browser. You can ask us to delete the account at the email above.

Children

Trade Pros is a workplace and adult-training product. It is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly open accounts for children.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Sign-in uses a session. No storage method is perfect. If you think someone else opened the account, write to Jgameslitstudio@gmail.com.

Store data safety

Collected: name, email, user id, app activity, course scores, job addresses, optional GPS, optional call notes, and work-order signatures. Shared: prompts you send are processed by the AI provider, and payments are processed by Stripe. Encrypted in transit. You can request deletion. Data is not sold. The app does not show ads.
